This is the standard Whirlpool/Sears/Kenmore/Roper and Kitchenaid clothes washer direct drive washer pump. They will leak at the front of the machine when this fails. This item will also turn hard as they age and cause the motor coupling located on the others side of the motor (pump is on the front facing the machine) to fail. This is the gas valve coil kit m-style for modern domestic dryers. Maytag #12001349, FSP #279834 (Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Sears, Roper), WCI#5303931775 (Fridgedaire, Gibson, White-Westinghouse, WCI), ge#we4x692 (GE, Hotpoint). If your dryer is not heating or needs to run longer to dry clothes, these may be needed. As the dryer runs these heat up and if you check with an OHM meter the smaller two connector coil will not conduct. Sometimes the two connector coil will burn out and will not ohm out. Also check and clean the dryer vent going to the outside it may be restricted and could cause this to fail. Email us your model number and we can verify correct parts. Replaces all of the following part numbers: Whirlpool#279834/WCI#5303931775/GE#we4x692. These are all the same as part number#12001349. They just have their own brand part number. This is the kit for replacing a defective thermal fuse located in the back of the dryer. Whirlpool, Sears Kenmore, Kitchenaid, and Roper dryers have this type of thermal fuse. This is a Whirlpool OEM factory kit FSP #3392519. The dryer will not heat when this fails. You should check the vent going to the outside for restrictions. Top lint screen models should have the lower vent run screws removed, and check for debris build up in bottom area that caused fuse to burn out. They also wear out from age, and it is a good idea to keep a spare on hand. If the drum turns hard also purchase the FSP #4392065 for top mounted lint screen models in our store to prevent this from occuring again. Front lint screen models that the lint screen is accessed by opening the door use a part #3390719 also available. No return on electrical parts.
